Ready-To-Ship
- Ready-to-ship plushies will be labeled as so and will be shipped out within a week of ordering.
Customizable Plushies
- All customizeable plushies on the website are made to order, therefore they will be shipped within 2-3 weeks! (maybe sooner)
- To customize your plushies follow the instructions on the How to Customize tab.
Custom Plushies
- Custom plushies will be shipped within 4-5 weeks.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available up to 24 hours after completing your order. To request a refund, use the Contact tab to email me about a refund.
Remember: Make sure to add your order number in the email.
